By using kintin, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Service

kintin provides social and culture content features including posting, browsing, commenting, following, and messaging. We may modify or discontinue features at any time with reasonable notice where practicable.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your region) to use kintin. If you are under 18, you represent that you have parental or guardian consent.

3. Account

You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account. Do not share, sell, or transfer your account. Provide accurate registration information.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not post or share content that is illegal, harassing, hateful, sexually exploitative, fraudulent, infringing, spam, or that violates others’ rights. You may not attempt to hack, scrape, or disrupt the service. We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of content you post. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your content as needed to operate kintin. You must have the rights to anything you upload.

7. Disclaimer

kintin is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. User content reflects the views of individual users, not ours. We are not responsible for conduct or content of third parties or other users.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your place of residence apply.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes may be communicated in the app or on this page.
